What does training look like? Well, it all depends on your goals and needs.
Each training session is 100% tailored to the athlete, their sport, and their goals.
Every athlete reacts and adapts differently to various types of training methods - Kate's goal is to find what works best for the individual.
In addition to training sessions, Kate provides at home workouts and in depth training plans.
Kate also has experience holding several coaching clinics since 2018. What does that entail?
First off, the goal is to fit the needs of the team/program that is looking to team up with Kate.
Previous clinics looked like:
Warm up and activation suggestions.
Speed & Power training.
Step by step technical training for specific event areas.
Take-home training pamphlet that offers workout suggestions to strengthen movement patterns specific to the athlete's events - includes recap of techical advice given during the clinic.
Speaking to the team - Kate gives a motivational talk to the team either prior or following the clinic.
The length of the clinic will vary depending on your needs, but previous clinics held have lasted ~2hrs.
